Lentil Soup

Hello everyone!!

How many of you love to sink your teeth in fall dishes? I made this delicious lentil soup yesterday that will blow your mind. One of my favorite ingredients is tikka masala. There's such a earthy aroma of spice when cooking with this. Most famous in Indian dishes such as chicken tikka masala which I love so much. I also like to add a dash of curry to add to the flavor for a great fall aroma. This dish takes less than 30 mins to make and that's one of the things that I love about lentil soup. No need to spend lots of time in the kitchen during autumn. Instead take time out for your warm teas, delicious soups, and use tons of herbs.

We have entered the season of colds and flues. All of my dishes for fall and all year around include fresh organic herbs and dried herbs. This particular soup I uses rosemary, garlic, cilantro, parsley, curry, tikka masala, ground black pepper, vegetable bouillon cube, sea salt, whole tomatoes and a tons more love. I also used a few pieces of chicken breast from the night before to add for the meat lovers. I mostly cook my soups without meat or butter. Every taste is a gourmet flavored dish made with love and perfection. With all the scare of Ebola going on it's time to start using all of your fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit every day all day. Don't let your body miss out on a chance to get a boost from the foods you intake.
